DC-830 is auto filling machine for high quality lipstick using silicon rubber. The silicon rubber specialized for lipstick uses material approved by FDA. It is harmless to human body and is excellent in elasticity&recovery force and it has long life compare to same kind of product which make it being able to produce high quality lipstick. The filling and cooling parts are designed in rotary type. By selecting rotary system, turn table is rotated in constant speed and temperature of silicon rubber is maintained constantly in each parts. With rotary table supplying container and extraction of lipstick can be done by one operator.
